FRA is the largest and most experienced professional military association representing current and former enlisted/officer members of the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. We assist members in dealing sith DoD, VA and other agencies.

FRA is committed to improving pay, benefits and the quality of life for our members and their families. We assist members in dealing with DoD, VA and other agencies.

Company Overview
The FRA is congressionally chartered, non-profit association.
There is NO LAWS on the books to protect the pay and benefits that military members have earned. In addition, the 112 Congress has the fewest Senators and Representatives with military experience since World War II.
 The FRA works to improve the treatment for wounded warriors, active and reserve pay and benefits, retired pay and benefits, health care access and funding, education programs and other quality of life programs.


Description

-Enactment of post 9-11 GI Bill education benefits for VEAP-era personnel who previously had no education benefits (2008).
 -Active duty protection from predatory lenders (2007).
 -The military survivor benefit plan (SBP) (1972)
 The FRA is tracking a broad range of legislation on issues that include:
 -Prohibiting drastic Retiree Health Care Fee increases....



General Information
FRA recognition programs include Navy Sailors of the Year and Recruiters of the Year, FRA Education Foundation Scholarships.
 Challenges the FRA faces include keeping pay, health care and benefits adequately funded. This is difficult due to lack of awareness about the power of grassroots support through sustaining a strong membership base.
